Do you provide free roof inspections?
Yes. We offer complimentary roof inspections for homeowners and commercial property owners. Following the inspection, we provide detailed findings, photos, and recommendations for repair or replacement.
How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
Our inspectors evaluate the age of the roof, extent of damage, condition of the shingles, flashing, decking, and ventilation system. If a repair is feasible and cost-effective, we’ll recommend it. If the roof has reached the end of its service life or has widespread damage, we’ll recommend replacement.

What is a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle?

How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements are completed within one to two days. Larger homes, specialty roofing systems, weather conditions, or extensive decking repairs may increase the project duration.
Will you protect my landscaping and property?
Yes. We take extensive measures to protect landscaping, driveways, patios, HVAC equipment, pools, and other property features during construction. Final cleanup includes a thorough magnetic sweep for nails and debris.
What happens if rotten wood is found during the project?
Roof decking and structural components are concealed until demolition begins. If damaged or deteriorated wood is discovered, we will document the issue and provide a change order for approval before completing the necessary repairs.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We offer workmanship warranties and install roofing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications to maintain eligibility for manufacturer-backed warranties.
